How To Make Blackberry Chocolate Cake & Recipe


The blackberry chocolate cake made with fine quality cocoa powder, freshly brewed coffee, sweet chocolate and more and more Blackberries. These are one of the best ways to combine two of the fresh flavours of chocolate and blackberries. I was obsessed with making chocolate cakes and my wife wanted something fresh as a fruit on as toppings. So, that’s why I decided to add some fresh blackberries to the chocolate cake.

This Chocolate Cake with fresh blackberries is easy to make and will be perfect for your partner on any of the special days! And for all the chocolate lovers! This recipe is just for you all. And when you gonna try this at your home then you will amaze with this Blackberry Chocolate cake.



  •  INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL LOVE:

  • For Chocolate Cake:
  1. 225gm Caster Sugar.
  2. 225gm Butter.
  3. 3 Eggs.
  4. 1 Tablespoon Milk.
  5. 1 Tablespoon Treacle.
  6. 112gm Cocoa Powder.
  7. 112gm Self Raising Flour.
  8. 10-12 Fresh Blackberries.
  • For White Chocolate Frosting:
  1. 0225gm Cream Cheese.
  2. 112gm White Chocolate.
  3. 55gm Butter.
  4. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.
  5. 250gm Icing Sugar.

  • Directions:
  • For The Cake:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
  2. Line your Cupcake Cases.
  3. Heat a little the mixing bowl.
  4. Alternatively, wash out the Fresh Blackberries.
  5. Mix and slowly stir Cream Butter and Sugar together until it gets fluffy and light.
  6. Now, stir in the eggs, followed by the Treacle, and the Milk. Mix it slowly.
  7. Without getting over mix, stir the Cocoa Powder and Flour into the batter and fold it properly.
  8. Pour the mixture into your Cupcake Cases and the take out the blackberries and press them lightly into the batter. Now evenly disperse the berries around the cake. Press down them till they get under the surface of the batter.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes.
  • For The Frosting:
  1. Make into small pieces of white chocolate and heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds blasts, until melted. Stir in them each one.
  2. Cream Cheese and Vanilla Extract, Cream the butter, then add the mix into the Chocolate thoroughly into the room temperature.
  3. Slowly and thoroughly add the Icing Sugar and beat it until light and smooth.
  4. If the mixture is a bit wet, then you may need to get it cooled and place the frosting in the fridge for almost 25-30 minutes. And then whisk again properly before using.
  • For Decorations:
  1. Frost the top of the Cake, use a nozzle to pipe mine, then take your loose Jam and drip it across the top, and then add some fresh blackberries on the top of it.
  2. To frost the cake, I covered both the layers and then filled the center with blackberries.
